Working groups - A detailed description
This cross-functional working group balances customers' needs with Index Coop’s engineering capacity. Product leads are the ones who identify and launch new products that have an excellent market fit.
Things that happen here:
Cooperation with engineering to see what’s possible on the technical side
Cooperation with internal and external methodologists to take products from idea to investment vehicle
Monitoring performance of products
Ensuring that existing products are usable and being bought (i.e. by keeping an eye on on-chain liquidity and marketing efforts)
Identifying and leveraging potential of intrinsic and extrinsic productivity of funds held
Here, the holistic growth strategy of Index Coop is formed and executed.
This group supplements and expands the scope of responsibilities of the growth working group, by focusing on sustainable growth both externally and internally.
This is where the majority of creative thinking happens in Index Coop.
The treasury working is responsible for preserving, growing and sustaining our treasury, and, by doing so, making the Index Coop sustainable for the long term.
The Coop relies on data in order to function effectively across numerous areas (product decisions, KPIs, treasury management, growth opportunities, liquidity management, and more). The analytics working group collects and processes this data.
